In 2008 Rios Mexican Restaurants opened Agave Azul in Orlando Fl. It is a family owned and operated restaurant even the menu was created by the owner Juan Rios. The fresh produce is locally sourced, they are proud to use, hand selected ingredients. Everything is made in house fresh from the chips and salsa, to the mole sauce. Agave Azul has everything mexican flavor you could crave, fajitas, quesadillas, burritos, enchiladas, to tacos. If your worried about your little amigos don’t be, they have a great selection of mexican food that is tasty for them. Agave Azul takes pride in there tequila selection. They offer over 100 brands of tequila and margaritas are hand crafted in house, no store bought mixes here! If you are a tequila connoisseur this is the place for you. If you want something more than a Margarita try the Paloma it’s made with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, limes, and grapefruit soda mixed with their house tequila, its refreshing and delicioso!

A flour tortilla stuffed with cheese and your choice of grilled steak, chicken, creamy mushroom or creamy spinach, then grilled to perfection. Served with rice, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.
(This dish is yummy and if you get the creamy spinach they don’t skimp on the spinach)
Grilled thinly sliced steak served with rice, refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños and homemade flour tortillas.
(Perfect portions and the steak is tender)
Made to order with freshly diced avocados, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeños, fresh lime juice, lightly seasoned with garlic salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Puerto Vallarta Fish Tacos
Fresh tilapia fillet lightly breaded in our spicy batter or grilled. Stuffed inside two flour or corn soft tacos. Filled with cabbage, lettuce, pico de gallo, avocado slices, cotija cheese and chipotle mayo. Served with rice.
Slow simmered beef tips or marinated chicken wrapped in a flour tortilla, then deep fried and topped with cheese. Served with rice lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.(substitute grilled steak or chicken) (Definitely a meal that can be shared and worth sharing.)
